One of our experienced claims handlers will be on hand to give you an immediate decision on whether your claim seems valid & guide you through the claim.

Whether you are fully Comprehensive or only third party if your vehicle is un roadworthy or unsafe we will arrange for a like for like vehicle to be delivered your home or work within 4 working hours*

We can arrange for your vehicle to be recovered to a garage of your choice or collected by one of our established approved repairers, the choice is yours.

We will instruct a qualified independent motor engineer to inspect your vehicle to determine the cost of repairs or determine the pre-accident value if the vehicle is not repairable.

If your vehicle is repairable our panel solicitors will authorise the garage to undertake repairs, if your car isn't repairable you will remain in the replacement vehicle until we recover the pre-accident value monies back of the other party's insurance company.

Our specialist road traffic accident solicitors will recover any personal injury compensation, however slight, along with any other reasonable out of pocket expenses incurred due to the non fault accident for you or any of your passengers.
